ST JOHN’S, Antigua: The opposition Antigua Labour Party (ALP) has rejected the 2009 Budget entitled "Right Track and Moving in Right Direction" delivered by Finance and Economy Minister, Dr Errol Cort on Monday in the Antigua and Barbuda Parliament. The ALP's Robin Yearwood described the Budget as deceptive.
